Manages the strategy, development, creation and execution of Bell’s brand marketing across owned, earned, paid and sponsored media in all formats, working with key internal, external and agency partners to share our story and drive engagement in fun, authentic and innovative ways.
Supervise and lead daily content creation for internal and external channels.
Management of the Digital Content Coordinator, overseeing direction of content, prioritizing workload, responsible for individual goal setting and career pathing to ensure team success.
Execute multimillion dollar paid media campaigns, building brand awareness through advertising on social media, native web, streaming TV, radio, sponsored content and SEM.
Leverage and analyze data to drive content and messaging optimization, including social listening, SEO and analytics from social media and company website.
Craft identities for new and established brands through visual and written content, including label and packaging copy, that connects with consumers on an emotional level.
Continually improve and innovate storytelling methods and strategy, focused on changing media landscape to deliver key company messages to new and current customers.
